Header.php
ONE. You firstly need to make a header.php, this is where your layout, background, content & CSS will go.TWO. This is the code to use :
THREE. Where it says "div style="position:absolute; top:494px; x-index:0; left:3px; width:425px;" this is the code for where your pages will show up, a bit like a iframe.
Footer.php
ONE. You now need to make a footer.php, this is where your History links and side bar will go.TWO. This is the code to use :
Index & other codes.
ONE. In your index.php, heres the code you need :Take out stars
TWO. Each of your pages must be named "NAME.php", At the beginning of each page code must be :

THREE.And at the end of each page, you need to put this code in :
Take out stars
