ONE. Firstly open your image in photoshop, then go to Layer > New adjustment layer > Selective colouring and set your setting to something like this :
Reds :
+46
+38
-16
+21
Yellows :

-9
Blues :

Whites :

Neutrals :

Blacks :

TWO. Once you've added the selective colouring, you will need to go to Layer > New adjustment layer > Hue / Saturaion and set your setting to :
Hue : +170
Saturation : -49
Then set that layer to Soft light at 50%

THREE. Now dublicate your base image and drag it to the top of all your layers and set it to hard light at 60%

FOUR. Then your done, Your image should look something like This.
